Bringing over 50 years of experience in commercial and business aviation to Chahal Aviation, and having previously served in director roles for multiple global aviation companies, Herb excels in sales, maintenance, flight safety, training, and accident investigation. Herb oversees company strategy, drives revenue through aircraft transactions, and leads the technical consulting team as an engineer.

With a Master’s in Business Administration and over a decade of business experience, Katy manages our finances, human resources, and administration, while also leading company strategy. As an exceptional organizer, she brings her expertise in event planning and management for global aviation events, as well as non-profit initiatives such as Women in Aviation Asia (WiAA).

As Legal Director, Nikesh oversees all contracting and legal matters at Chahal Aviation, specializing in aviation contract law, leasing, and financing. With a law degree and extensive experience across various aviation-related legal services, including commercial and business aviation, he provides expert legal support for document reviews and aircraft transactions.

Madison comes to our team with a degree in International Affairs
and brings nearly a decade of experience in communications, marketing, and public relations. She manages our website, social media, press, and digital marketing.

Taking charge of the management of our office, as well as support for our administrative, marketing & financial teams, Rabiatul is an integral member of our company. With a background in banking and an honours degree in business administration, she adds yet another layer of depth to our team’s expertise.
